One Shoe

My oldest daughter has this thing about finding shoes by the side of the road or on the freeway. She needs encouragement to start a one shoe website. I notice shoes and think of her. I bet you will notice shoes now and think about where they came from, why is there only one, and where in the world is the other one.
I love the story of how Gandhi lost a shoe while boarding a train. He responded by taking off his other shoe and throwing it off the train. When asked why he threw the other shoe off the train, he answered by telling the questioner that whoever found the one shoe would surely want the other shoe and Gandhi didn't want that experience to happen. Great story, don't you think?

Happiest Place on Earth ...Dang it!

I hit the big 5 0 and went to Disneyland with the whole fam damily. It is the happiest place on earth when you go with family.

Okay, so here goes. I think and think and think and nothing happens. I want to start a blog but don't have a clear direction for where I'm headed. Then I think, "Hey, that's me!" I don't have a clear direction for where I'm headed. So I'll start a schizophrenic blog that will be done when I get there. In the mean time wherever I go, there I'll be.
